The Cooking Project:
This is our standard Team Building program. By participating in a Culinary Project, your team will use their interpersonal skills, planning talents and culinary knowledge to complete a fun, tasty project.

Format:
The group is split up into teams of 3-8 people. Each team is given a different “culinary project” to complete. The teams will prepare portions big enough to feed the entire group. The exercise will culminate with all teams combining their efforts to create a delicious buffet.

The Competition:

This is a team competition event, in a fun, culinary venue. By participating in a Competition, your group will use their interpersonal and organizational skills, along with their culinary knowledge, to compete in the creation of “the best” dish.

Format:
The group is split up into teams of 3-8 people. Each team is given a similar dish to complete. The teams will prepare portions big enough to feed the entire group. The teams will each elect one “judge”, who will taste each team’s dish and rank all of the dishes (other than their own). The exercise will culminate with the winning team being announced and presented with their prize. All teams will then enjoy the group’s culinary creations in a social environment.

The Appetizer Social:
This program is designed for groups with time restrictions or a limited budget. Participants in this Appetizer Social will get involved in a fun, hands-on project and utilize their interpersonal and social skills, in the creation of tasty, mouth-watering appetizers.

Format:
The group is split up into teams of 3-5 people. Each team is given a different appetizer to prepare. The teams will prepare portions big enough to feed the entire group. The exercise will culminate with all teams combining their efforts to create a delicious appetizer table. All teams will then enjoy the group’s culinary creations in a relaxed, sociable environment.

The Creativity Challenge:
This is a very unique, creative Team Building event. By participating in a Creativity Challenge, your teams will be given an “open canvas” to create new and exciting dishes from ingredients commonly found at the market. Participants will use their creativity and be encouraged to “think outside the box”.

Format:
The group is split up into teams of 3-8 people. Each team will use their creativity to prepare dishes from previously selected ingredients. The teams must use all of the ingredients. The teams will score each other’s dishes on three categories; best tasting, most creative and best presentation. The exercise will culminate with the winning team being announced and presented with their prize. This is the only program that will not culminate in all participants enjoying appetizers or a meal.
